This unique piece was created using a no of different carved blocks. As you can see the pressure used to adhere the ink to the paper was different everytime/print. Once the pattern was decided upon I then went back over the design and hand colored it with japanese inks. I love the texture of this design, and when looking at it closely it gives me a sense of calmness. What do you see?
